Data Deletion Instructions

You own your data and can delete it at any time. Cosmify only stores what you create (videos, campaigns, brand kits, uploaded assets) and the secure tokens for the social accounts you connect.

Delete your data yourself (instant)

  1. Sign in at cosmify.contributeai.org/dashboard.html.
  2. Scroll to “Your data & privacy.”
  3. Click “Delete my content” and confirm. This permanently removes your videos, campaigns, brand kits, assets, and reviews.
  4. To disconnect a social account, click Disconnect next to it on the dashboard — this deletes the stored access token immediately.

Request deletion by email

Prefer we do it for you? Email admin@contributeai.org from the email on your account with the subject “Delete my data”. We will delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.

Facebook / Instagram / Meta data

When you disconnect a Meta account (or delete your Cosmify account), we delete the access tokens and any cached data associated with it. Cosmify does not retain your Facebook or Instagram content after disconnection.
