Contribute AI LLC respects the intellectual property of others and expects users of Cosmify to do the same. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they own or are licensed to use everything they publish (see our Terms of Service).

Report copyright infringement (takedown notice)

If you believe content created or published through Cosmify infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
3. Identification of the infringing material and enough information for us to locate it (URLs, account, post).
4. Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

What we do

Upon a valid notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the material and notify the user who posted it.

Counter-notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same agent with your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction in Texas.

Repeat infringers

We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
