This policy explains how Contribute AI LLC ("we") handles data in Cosmify, our AI marketing tool.

What we collect

Account info: your name and email (via Google sign-in).
Content you create: videos, captions, campaigns, brand kits, and files you upload.
Connected accounts: when you connect a social platform (Facebook, Instagram, X, etc.) via its official OAuth, we store an encrypted access token — never your password.
Usage: basic activity to operate and improve the service.

How we use it

To generate content you request and publish it to the accounts you connect.
To show you analytics on your own posts.
We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Social platform data

When you connect Facebook, Instagram, or other platforms, we access only what you authorize (e.g., publishing your posts, reading your own posts' public metrics). We use it solely to provide the service and delete the tokens when you disconnect.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data anytime from the dashboard, or email us. See our Data Deletion Instructions.

Security

Connected-account tokens are encrypted at rest. We use Google Cloud infrastructure and least-privilege access.
